You will be responsible for:
Providing 1st and 2nd level of technical support (via telephone, email and through the SAP system),
Resolving product or service problems,
Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers,
Supporting and preparing the administration in relation to warranty failures,
Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding.
What You Need to Succeed
English and German proficiency,
Tech savvy attitude and technical curiosity,
Customer orientation and well-developed communication skills,
Previous experience in customer service,
SAP knowledge (nice to have).
